Best neighborhoods to rent in South Weber?

First post here. Just moved here 12 months ago and Household incomes average around $132,667 in South Weber. It's a a small town city with about 8,037 people. Median household income is $132,667, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 8 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Lakewood side vs the Fairview side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
