Anyone work in healthcare in South Yarmouth?

Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and With a population of 11,642, South Yarmouth is a small town. The median home value here is around $465,100, which is pretty steep. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
