Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and With a population of 11,642, South Yarmouth is a small town. The median home value here is around $465,100, which is pretty steep. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
