Co-working spaces in South Yarmouth?

Curious what people think. I'm originally from Indianapolis and Crime rate is something to consider -South Yarmouth sits at 469.0 per 100K. Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The pet-friendliness is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
