Random thought, It's a a small town city with about 11,642 people. The unemployment rate is 4.6%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $79,638 in South Yarmouth. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance! The weather takes some getting used to.
