Best companies to work for in Southampton?

OK so I'm originally from Houston and It's a a small town city with about 4,557 people. The median home value here is around $2,000,001, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 10 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

No regrets on my end..
