Curious what people think. Been living here since 2014. Crime rate is something to consider -Southbridge Town sits at 469.5 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? Any help is appreciated. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
