Hey, Been living here since 2015. With a population of 14,149, Southchase is a small town. Homes are going for about $344,900 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Southchase sits at 667.9 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. TIA! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
