Best areas to explore in Southgate?

Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $64,635 in Southgate. Poverty rate is 8.6%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to New York it's average.
