Southgate is underrated, change my mind

Hey, Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 29,551, Southgate is a smaller city. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Raleigh it's excellent.
