Hey folks, Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $957,500, which is pretty steep. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Let me know your thoughts. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
