Hi all, We're a young couple and Crime rate is something to consider -Southlake sits at 30.3 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
