Studio apartments in Southport -options?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $82,792 in Southport. It's a a small town city with about 4,143 people. The unemployment rate is 0.3%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,468/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Worth the trade-offs? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
