Rent in Southwest Ranches getting crazy

OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $2,730/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Moved here from LA about 10 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to public transit but Feel free to reach out with questions..
