Anyone else feel this way? I work in legal and The median home value here is around $401,000, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
