First time home buyer in Spanaway

OK so I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $1,782/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thoughts? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is average in most areas.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Dallas it's challenging.
