Is Spanaway getting better or worse?

What do you all think? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The weather is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
