Best neighborhoods in Spanish Fork

Random thought, Homes are going for about $444,200 on average. With a population of 43,632, Spanish Fork is a smaller city. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Worth the trade-offs? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Bought a house here in 2024 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 6 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the public transit is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the Riverside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.

The food scene here is solid. Tons of great BBQ places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is pretty good in most areas.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to LA it's tough.
