OK so I'm originally from Phoenix and Rent is about $1,417/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Spanish Fork sits at 17.2 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
