Worst things about Spanish Fork nobody talks about

So, My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 43,632, Spanish Fork is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $98,497 in Spanish Fork. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 13 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is public transit. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Fairview side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is pet-friendliness. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
