Cost of living reality check -Sparks

Anyone else feel this way? I work in automotive and Median household income is $86,979, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is better than expected. Tons of great Asian places. it's exactly what I was looking for.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I work in marketing here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is solid. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
