Is Sparks walkable?

Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Sparks sits at 424.5 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this? TIA! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The safety is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
