Random thought, I'm retired and Median household income is $86,979, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
