Hi all, Rent is about $1,120/month for a decent place. With a population of 13,622, Speedway is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Speedway sits at 311.4 per 100K. Poverty rate is 11.6%, which is around average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cheers.
