Hey everyone, I work in food service and You can expect to pay around $1,120 for rent here. With a population of 13,622, Speedway is a small town. Homes are going for about $209,400 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What are your go-to spots? Appreciate any input. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
