Anyone regret moving to Spokane Valley?
Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. It's a a mid-size city city with about 105K people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development.
