Best areas to explore in Spokane Valley?

Been meaning to ask this. It's a a mid-size city city with about 105K people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? TIA!

Used to live on the Oak Park side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.
