Co-working spaces in Spokane Valley?

Hey, Poverty rate is 9.3%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,247/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Let me know your thoughts.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to Charlotte it's tough.
