How much do you pay for rent in Spokane Valley?

So, I'm single, late 30s, and Household incomes average around $70,722 in Spokane Valley. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Would love some local perspective. Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is food scene. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
