Spokane Valley vs Sacramento -which is better?
Longtime lurker here, Household incomes average around $70,722 in Spokane Valley. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
