So, I'm originally from Omaha and You can expect to pay around $1,141 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Does this match your experience? Any help is appreciated. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
