Grocery stores in Spokane — recommendations?

Hey folks, I'm single, late 20s, and Crime rate is something to consider — Spokane sits at 689.6 per 100K. With a population of 229K, Spokane is a mid-size city. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Moved here from Denver about 5 years ago. it's not perfect but it works for me. Still getting used to pet-friendliness but Definitely worth checking out..
