How are the schools in Spokane?

I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $1,141/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $65,745 in Spokane. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Spokane? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are average, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
