Caroline Moore moving

Just moved to Spout Springs, any tips?

I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $310,100, which seems about average. You can expect to pay around $1,794 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned?

I've lived in Eastside for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good schools in most areas
- The cost of living scene is decent

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if pet-friendliness matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 14 years ago from Denver and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Springfield. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in education. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like Asian.

Good luck with whatever you decide..

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in East area are excellent. Kids love it here.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. No regrets on my end..

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is safety. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Miami, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Active local events and festivals
- The school system scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for retirees. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I've been living here for 6 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The community vibe is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
