Moving to Spout Springs for work -advice?

So, I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 11,073 people. Rent is about $1,794/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thoughts? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Moved here from Seattle about 14 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to cost of living but No regrets on my end..

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is outdoor recreation. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
