Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,391/month for a decent place. With a population of 14,967, Spring Creek is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,391 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to.
