Moving to Spring Grove for work -advice?

Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $66,136, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

I work in engineering here and it was the best decision I ever made. The job market for my field is better than expected. No regrets on my end..
