Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 9.2%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
