Curious what people think. Crime rate is something to consider — Spring Hill sits at 570.8 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Is this normal for Spring Hill? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
