Curious what people think. Poverty rate is 18.6%, which is higher than I expected. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
