Remote worker thinking about Spring Lake

Alright, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,228/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Spring Lake? TIA! Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
