Homes are going for about $598,400 on average. With a population of 1,869, Spring Park is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
