Spring Valley Lake job market vs Seattle

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and With a population of 10,098, Spring Valley Lake is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Let me know your thoughts.

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
