Hey folks, Been living here since 2010. The median home value here is around $407,900, which is pretty steep. Crime rate is something to consider — Spring Valley sits at 164.9 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this?

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
