Freelancing from Spring Valley — experience?

Hello, I'm originally from Raleigh and Homes are going for about $407,900 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned?

Moved here from San Francisco about 2 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to community vibe but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
