Curious what people think. My partner and I are It's a a mid-size city city with about 220K people. Average temperature is around 67°F, so the weather is moderate. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation? Cheers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
