Just moved to Spring Valley, any tips?

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a smaller city city with about 32,995 people. With a population of 32,995, Spring Valley is a smaller city. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Nashville it's underrated.
