Starting a business in Spring Valley?

Hey folks, I'm single, late 20s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Spring Valley sits at 224.2 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Hope this helps!.
