OK so I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $112,872, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Anyone in a similar situation? Any help is appreciated. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
