Random thought, I'm originally from Salt Lake City and You can expect to pay around $1,008 for rent here. Rent is about $1,008/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Springdale? Any help is appreciated. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
