Housing market in Springdale right now

So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a smaller city city with about 87,388 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I've lived in Fairview for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Miami, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The walkability scene is tough

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for families. Good luck with whatever you decide..
